Overview

The Community Events Coordinator Intern helps organize, promote, and deliver events that bring people together while supporting
local fundraising and give-back initiatives. This position supports the Level Up for Local mission by connecting small businesses,
families, and charities through meaningful community gatherings that make a difference. Interns gain experience in event planning,
logistics, communication, and teamwork while helping to build vibrant, purpose-driven community experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating local fundraising events, community celebrations, and charity drives.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure event success.
• Help manage on-site logistics including registration, signage, and guest support.
• Work with the marketing team to promote events across digital and social platforms.
• Gather feedback, photos, and highlights for post-event reporting and future planning.
