Team Manager / Hockey Operations Coordinator
Oversees logistics, scheduling, player paperwork, and day-to-day team operations. Acts as the link between coaches, players, and the organization.
Equipment Manager
Maintains all hockey gear, uniforms, and locker room setup. Ensures players are game-ready with safe, professional equipment standards.
Athletic Trainer / Team Therapist
Provides taping, first aid, and recovery support to keep players healthy and in peak condition throughout the season.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Designs off-ice training programs to improve player endurance, speed, and injury prevention.
Player Development & Scouting Intern
Assists in tracking player stats, video review, and recruitment, helping identify and nurture emerging hockey talent.

Video Production & Editing Intern

Delivers energetic commentary and game coverage across CMPTV, YouTube, and arena broadcasts.
Color Commentator / Hockey Analyst
Provides analysis, insights, and player background stories during live game broadcasts.
Technical Director / Livestream Engineer
Handles all streaming equipment, camera feeds, and audio for high-quality live production.
Photographer / Digital Media Specialist
Documents team events, fan experiences, and sponsor promotions for digital use and social campaigns.
Social Media Content Creator
Develops creative short-form videos, game recaps, and viral fan moments for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Graphic Designer / Brand Creative
Designs posters, digital ads, and visual content that strengthen the Hawks’ image online and in the arena.
