Overview

The Community Events & Game-Day Operations Intern plays a key role in bringing local events and live experiences to life

— from community fundraisers and sponsor activations to high-energy game days and family celebrations.

This position supports the Level Up for Local mission by combining hands-on event coordination with meaningful community

engagement. Interns will work with planning teams, venue staff, and partner organizations to learn how event production,

logistics, and teamwork come together to create memorable experiences that celebrate giving back.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events, tournaments, and charity fundraisers.
• Support on-site logistics including setup, signage, registration, merchandise, and crowd flow.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure smooth event operation.
• Help manage sponsor tables, promotional activations, and digital display areas.
• Work with the marketing team to capture event highlights and success stories.
• Represent Level Up for Local with professionalism, enthusiasm, and community pride.
