Overview

The Head Coach / Assistant Coach Youth Ambassador experience gives participants a behind-the-scenes look at how

local coaches prepare teams, plan strategies, and build community spirit. This shadow opportunity allows youth to

observe real training environments, understand the teamwork behind coaching, and see how sports connect people

through effort, encouragement, and shared goals. It’s a unique chance to learn from experienced professionals while

discovering how sports leadership helps local communities “Level Up for Local.”

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow coaches during practices and game-day preparations to learn how teamwork develops.
• Observe how training sessions are structured for skill growth and team bonding.
• Assist with simple setup tasks and event preparations as guided by staff.
• Learn how community sports programs collaborate with local partners and sponsors.
• Experience the atmosphere of teamwork, communication, and mutual respect in real-world settings.
