Overview

The Player Development & Scouting Youth Ambassador experience gives participants an inside look at how professionals identify

and support athletic potential within their community. Youth will shadow staff members who observe games, track statistics, and

evaluate skills, learning how dedication, teamwork, and attention to detail come together in player development. This opportunity

offers an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience in how sports organizations and community programs discover and nurture

local talent while supporting their mission to “Level Up for Local.”

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow scouts and player development staff during practices or local events.
• Learn how player data, stats, and performance tracking are recorded and analyzed.
• Observe how professionals evaluate teamwork, effort, and improvement.
• Assist with event setup or note-taking under supervision.
• Discover how community engagement and support help create pathways for young athletes.
